Stacker-led Mixed Cargo of Handling Machines Shipped to Europe

We are pleased to announce that a 40HQ container loaded with a full range of material handling equipment has been successfully dispatched to our valued customer in Europe. This consolidated shipment consists of pallet trucks, table trucks, stacker and work platforms, covering a wide selection of warehouse and workshop handling machinery to support the customer’s daily storage, loading & unloading, goods transfer and high-altitude maintenance work.

The star product of this shipment is our Manual Stacker, which is designed for stable performance and large load capacity, and is an ideal handling solution for narrow spaces. Constructed from heavy-duty high-strength steel, its mast and main frame are welded and processed with strict quality control to guarantee structural rigidity and long service life. Equipped with a mature manual hydraulic lifting assembly, the stacker offers smooth and controllable lifting and lowering movement. It maintains excellent stability even when working at its rated load, effectively avoiding shaking during stacking operations. Thanks to its compact overall layout and small turning radius, the stacker can navigate freely along narrow warehouse aisles, between storage racks and other restricted working areas where larger powered machines cannot pass through. Since it works without electric power, operators can start operation quickly after simple training. Routine maintenance is easy and cost-effective. The adjustable forks can be adapted to different pallet sizes, making it versatile for stacking, stock arrangement and loading/unloading tasks in workshops, small distribution centers, retail warehouses and production lines.

Other equipment in this container also plays important roles in the customer’s handling workflow. Pallet trucks are widely used for short-distance pallet transportation inside the warehouse, featuring easy pushing and pulling and reliable load-bearing capacity. Table trucks are used for lifting and transferring loose boxes, tools and batch parts, bringing convenient height adjustment for assembly and packaging stations. Work platforms provide safe and stable working conditions for overhead installation, inspection and maintenance jobs.

Every unit included in this shipment went through our standard pre-loading inspection procedure. We checked structural welding, hydraulic function, wheel flexibility, surface finish and marking to ensure all items meet European market requirements. Proper packaging was adopted to prevent scratches and damage during long sea transportation.
